📋 Description

• Administer and support Windows Server environments and core infrastructure services • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, user accounts, permissions, and identity management • Administer Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, licensing, and user support • Administer Microsoft Azure and hybrid identity environments including Microsoft Entra ID • Maintain VMware vSphere and Microsoft Hyper-V environments, including vCenter administration, cluster management, virtual machine provisioning, monitoring, patching, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting • Support physical servers, storage systems, and data center operations • Manage backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure business continuity • Provide Tier II/III technical support and serve as an escalation point for complex technical issues • Troubleshoot infrastructure, application, hardware, virtualization, cloud, and end-user technology problems • Implement security best practices, system patching, vulnerability remediation, and infrastructure maintenance activities • Maintain technical documentation and participate in infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and platform improvements • Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, business stakeholders, and clients • Prioritize and manage project work, escalations, and operational support activities • Communicate directly with end users and clients to resolve technical issues and provide updates

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise infrastructure environments • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience • Experience providing advanced technical support, escalation handling, and troubleshooting • Strong communication, customer service, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills • Strong experience with Windows Server Administration • Strong experience with Active Directory • Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Administration • Strong experience with Microsoft Azure and Entra ID • Strong experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, and/or Microsoft Hyper-V • Strong experience with DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy • Strong experience with backup and recovery solutions • Strong experience with storage technologies and data center operations • Preferred: Experience working in managed services (MSP) or multi-client environments • Preferred: Experience with PowerShell or automation tools • Preferred: Experience performing virtualization platform maintenance, patching, upgrades, and migrations • Preferred: Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, CompTIA Server+, or similar infrastructure-focused certifications • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
