📋 Description

• Analyze buyers, buying behavior, criteria, and regional differences through direct customer and prospect engagement • Own competitive intelligence and translate findings into actionable positioning and enablement • Develop product positioning and messaging with Product and Marketing teams • Understand and document buyer journeys and improve sales and marketing processes • Build marketing plans, activities, and budgets to acquire, retain, and expand clients • Measure marketing program effectiveness and report results and recommendations • Plan and execute new product and existing product release launches end to end • Enable sales channels through training, internal tools, and external collateral • Represent supported products through webinars, speaking engagements, and written thought leadership • Shape long-term positioning and go-to-market strategy while creating day-to-day assets and enablement

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience • At least 3 years of experience in a market-facing role • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and Jira • Comfort using MS Teams and Salesforce • Familiarity with Marketo, Pardot, Omniture, and Google Analytics • Advanced use of LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram • Exceptional data analysis and ROI-tracking skills • Strong public speaking skills, including comfort presenting to large, senior groups • Strong writing skills • Excellent people and stakeholder management skills • Bachelor's degree in business or marketing • Pragmatic Institute Certified (PMC) III or Product Marketing Alliance certification preferred • MBA preferred
