📋 Description

• Complete product training and develop a deep understanding of SailPoint SaaS and/or Software solutions • Serve as the technical lead on customer projects • Gather customers' business use cases and document product-based requirements with recommended solution designs • Educate customers and partners on high-level product architecture, functional design, and best practices • Assist in scoping, analyzing, and documenting implementation projects • Develop and deliver technical training for SailPoint implementation partners • Help implementation team members design creative solutions to complex problems • Assist with technical delivery through written code or complex configuration • Progress toward becoming a technical and consultative expert and trusted advisor to customers, partners, and less experienced team members

🎯 Requirements

• 7–10+ years of professional experience within an enterprise software company, systems integrator, or consulting firm • 5+ years of hands-on SailPoint, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and enterprise software implementation experience • Experience in software development, implementation, and configuration • Excellent communications skills and extensive experience working directly with clients and partners • Strong customer-facing consultative experience • Experience with XML, SPML/SOAP, web and application servers • Experience with Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms • Experience with relational databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL) • Experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis) • Experience with directories (LDAP, AD) • Experience with Java, BeanShell, JavaScript, Node.js • Experience with enterprise resource planning or service management systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, ServiceNow) • Experience with cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Front-end language experience (HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Vue.js) • Computer Science degree, Engineering degree, or equivalent experience • Willingness and ability to travel up to 15%
