📋 Description
• 主導企業系統願景規劃、策略擬定、實際導入與落地運行的完整流程 • 協助客戶進行數位轉型與業務流程優化 • 參與策略規劃、轉型設計、專案執行支援、治理與最佳化 • 規劃業務流程改革、組織變革與整體轉型藍圖 • 設計企業 IT 架構與 Salesforce 平台發展策略 • 制定 Salesforce Org 的活用、治理及長期發展策略 • 從企業架構或 CTO 顧問角度協助客戶推動 AI 與數位轉型 • 規劃變革管理、應用推廣及概念驗證（PoC） • 參與專案規劃、進度推動、需求訪談、需求分析與流程引導 • 主導或參與應用設計、架構設計及詳細設計並審查成果 • 領導開發與測試，或制定開發標準及品質管理流程 • 執行資料遷移與部署上線，或制定遷移策略並支援執行 • 協助建立 CI/CD、開發環境、構建與 DevOps 流程 • 建立 Salesforce 治理機制、CoE 運作模式、設計審查與架構治理流程 • 提供設計最佳實務、Org 健檢、架構診斷與最佳化建議
🎯 Requirements
• 在以下任一領域具備 7 年以上的實務經驗，並曾擔任主要推動角色：策略規劃與轉型設計、治理與持續優化、專案推動與執行 • 具備 3 年以上團隊帶領或專案領導經驗 • 能與客戶高階主管（含C-Level）及相關利害關係人進行有效溝通，推動共識形成與專案進展 • 具備良好的跨部門及跨角色溝通與協作能力 • 能快速理解業務需求、Salesforce 相關技術概念及專案方法 • 具備學習新技術的意願與行動力，並願意善用 AI 工具提升工作效率與產出品質 • 具備實踐「批判性思考 (Critical Thinking)」與「歸零學習 (Unlearning)」的能力 • 中文：母語等級 • 英文：商務英文溝通能力 • AI、資料應用、資料治理或 AI Agent 相關專案經驗為加分條件 • 具備以英文進行專案溝通與跨國協作的實務經驗為加分條件 • Salesforce 相關認證（如 Application Architect 或 System Architect）為加分條件
