📋 Description
• 作為顧問或主要合作夥伴(Prime Vendor)的角色,參與具代表性的轉型專案,從前期策略規劃到實際導入上線,協助客戶將轉型藍圖落實為可執行的成果 • 協助客戶評估與導入 Agentforce 等新一代 AI 解決方案 • 從願景規劃、架構設計到上線後的落地運行與持續優化,參與專案各個關鍵階段 • 參與專案規劃、進度推動與交付管理 • 進行需求訪談、需求分析與流程引導 • 主導或參與應用設計、架構設計與詳細設計,並審查相關成果 • 領導實作與測試工作,或制定開發標準及品質管理流程 • 協助建立 Salesforce 治理機制與 CoE (Center of Excellence) 運作模式 • 提供設計最佳實務與優化建議,提升專案交付品質
🎯 Requirements
• 在以下任一領域具備 7 年以上的實務經驗,並曾擔任主要推動角色: A. 策略規劃與轉型設計 (Strategy & Change Design) B. 治理與持續優化 (Governance & Optimization) C. 專案推動與執行 (Project Execution & Support) • 具備 3 年以上團隊帶領或專案領導經驗(職稱不限) • 能與客戶高階主管(含C-Level)及相關利害關係人進行有效溝通,推動共識形成與專案進展 • 能快速理解業務需求、Salesforce 相關技術概念及專案方法 • 具備學習新技術的意願與行動力,並願意善用 AI 工具提升工作效率與產出品質 • 具備實踐「批判性思考 (Critical Thinking)」與「歸零學習 (Unlearning)」的能力 • 中文: 母語等級 • 英文: 商務英文溝通能力
