📋 Description

• Serve as a technical consultant driving digital transformation (DX) for strategic enterprise clients. • Lead projects to success by leveraging high technical capabilities and specialized knowledge of the Salesforce platform. • Design overall system architecture and establish development strategies. • Build prototypes and conduct technical validations for complex requirements. • Resolve critical technical issues and ensure high quality of project deliverables. • Mentor, support, and develop team members while contributing to the Trailblazer community.

🎯 Requirements

• 6 to 12 years of experience in enterprise system development, CRM implementation, or IT consulting. • Around 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership as an architect, technical leader, or project leader. • Strong knowledge of general web application development (e.g., Java-based environments) and data modeling. • Ability to perform technical tasks firsthand (e.g., configuring cloud services, verifying operations, writing code/scripts). • Proactive mindset to lead complex projects with a strong sense of ownership and problem-solving skills. • Exceptional customer communication and facilitation skills.
