📋 Description

• Build the analytical foundation for client data in Salmon’s Origination domain • Keep customer records accurate and compliant • Improve how customers are verified and onboarded • Work across product, engineering, operations, and compliance • Trace how client information moves between the mobile app and back-office systems and identify breakdowns • Turn operational and regulatory requirements into scalable data quality frameworks • Build and maintain dashboards and alerts tracking client data freshness, completeness, validity, and consistency • Map regulatory requirements to specific client data fields and maintain the mapping • Analyze CDD data and flows and benchmark them against regulations and market practice • Define data requirements and rules for CDD process improvements • Own onboarding funnel dashboards, drop-off analysis, and SQL reporting

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in data analytics • Strong SQL skills, including writing, debugging, and independently optimizing queries • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Metabase, or similar • Experience building dashboards • Experience with funnel or product analytics • Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders
