📋 Description

• Work directly on the deposits product, close to the people who build and run it, with a real say in what gets measured and why • Take business questions and run them end to end: pull the data, analyse it, and develop recommendations • Produce recurring portfolio reporting and conduct ad-hoc research, segmentation, and unit-economics analysis • Build reporting and analytics on the deposits portfolio, including volumes, structure, and dynamics over time • Define the product metric tree, funnels, and retention analysis • Monitor liquidity and concentration across the portfolio • Forecast depositor churn and identify its drivers • Translate findings into clear recommendations for the product team

🎯 Requirements

• SQL in practice: window functions, CTEs, and complex joins • Solid grounding in statistics and the ability to run an investigation end to end, from question to conclusion • English at B1 or above for written communication, documentation, and calls • Analytical maturity that outweighs years on paper • Databricks or Spark SQL (nice to have) • dbt (nice to have) • Python (nice to have) • BI dashboards, including Tableau (nice to have) • Experience in fintech or banking (nice to have)
