📋 Description

• Turn marketing and product data into clear answers on launches, audiences, and acquisition channels • Build and maintain analyses, datasets, reports, dashboards, and data pipelines for marketing and product teams • Interpret trends, performance drivers, and data quality issues behind launches, campaigns, and acquisition • Work with business, technology, product, and risk teams to turn data needs into actionable insights • Run experiments for product and ad campaign launches, including design, setup, economic calculations, progress tracking, and results analysis • Segment existing customer audiences, assess segment quality, enrich segments with additional data and likely customer profiles, and feed them to retargeting, CRM, and other channels • Run BI reporting, structure data, maintain data quality, and ensure reports are reliable • Support the performance marketing team with data issues, attribution fixes, and analyst capacity • Assess potential acquisition channels, quantify ideas and experiments, and provide internal data for go-to-market plans • Document definitions, assumptions, data lineage, and recurring outputs for reuse by other teams

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience in data analytics • Strong SQL • Hands-on A/B testing experience, including multi-group designs or advanced methods • Close attention to detail • Comfort setting your own priorities and working through unclear requests • Clear communication with stakeholders • Ability to act as a partner to the product team rather than only executing requests
