📋 Description

• Design the technical architecture for a single tariff master system, replacing logic split across the core banking system, front-end implementations, and individual product teams • Own the Cashback and Tariffs Service stream end-to-end, from discovery to release • Coordinate dependencies between the Cashback and Tariffs services and the credit card, deposit, and premium banking teams • Collaborate daily with development, QA, and the team lead across the full delivery cycle • Migrate existing tariffs into the master system • Design the subscription entity • Gather requirements through release • Define functional and non-functional requirements, API contracts, and integration specifications • Design core entities, including subscription modeling and tariff-to-customer association • Maintain documentation in Confluence and uphold DOR/DOD standards • Communicate status transparently and surface risks and delays early

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as a systems or business analyst in fintech or banking product teams • Strong systems thinking and comfort with ambiguity • Ability to design a solution independently, not just execute a specification • Experience designing API contracts and integration specifications • Working experience with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence • Comfortable owning a technical problem end-to-end, with high visibility on progress and without needing close direction
