📋 Description

• Translate financial processes, including GL, postings, fees, and product rules, into technical specifications for development teams • Reverse-engineer existing solutions to identify gaps and formalize undocumented processes • Run implementation from specification to production, including testing, acceptance, and release control • Define requirements and specifications for accounting processes and financial systems as actionable user stories • Own posting logic, GL structures, and fee mechanics for new and existing products • Analyze and document systems with incomplete or missing documentation • Align finance, product, and engineering teams, including resolving conflicts between business logic and technical constraints • Manage testing, acceptance, and tasks through production release

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3+ years as a System or Business Analyst, including work with financial systems or financial processes • Solid understanding of accounting principles, including the general ledger • Proven decomposition and system analysis skills: ability to map complex processes and find what’s missing • Experience coordinating requirements across multiple teams and stakeholders • Working knowledge of APIs, queues, and data exchange patterns • Ability to read logs and use data to analyze issues • English B2 or above
