📋 Description

• Conduct market research and benchmarking to keep compensation packages fair and competitive • Improve compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent while aligning with company goals • Evaluate job positions and recommend salary ranges and compensation adjustments • Analyze compensation data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities • Maintain the integrity of the compensation structure • Ensure compensation practices comply with relevant laws and regulations • Oversee the annual salary review process with People Experience and managers • Develop and deliver communication about compensation changes and programs • Provide training and support to People Experience and management teams on compensation best practices and policies • Collaborate with People Experience and senior leadership on compensation programs and strategies for Portugal and global locations

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in compensation analysis and strategy, preferably in the software industry • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets • Ability to work with complex data and generate insights • Strong knowledge of compensation principles, labor laws, and market trends • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • High attention to detail and accuracy • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality • Strong project management skills • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities • Focus on AI adoption and innovation
