📋 Description

• Plan and execute platform testing across the frontend, backend, and integrations • Validate APIs, user flows, and critical system functionalities • Assess the quality of AI outputs, considering clarity, coherence, relevance, and suitability for the educational context • Test RAG pipelines (context retrieval and response generation) • Create test scenarios based on different user profiles and learning contexts • Identify technical, cognitive, and user experience issues • Collaborate with the AI Specialist to improve the quality of models and responses • Support the Agile Specialist in validating product hypotheses and experiments • Contribute to defining quality criteria for AI-based features • Automate tests, particularly for APIs and core workflows • Document tests, results, and evidence for project accountability

🎯 Requirements

• This position is exclusively open to individuals residing in Minas Gerais • Hold a doctoral degree in a field compatible with the project's planned activities; or hold an undergraduate degree with at least 6 years of documented experience in research, technological development, or innovation activities related to the project • API testing (Postman or similar tools) • Software testing concepts (functional, integration, and regression testing) • Basic knowledge of JavaScript and web applications • Git (version control) • Automated testing (Jest, Cypress, or similar tools) • Experience testing web applications (React / Node.js) • Basic knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (LLMs and their general operation) • Basic knowledge of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) • User experience (UX) testing • Digital content quality assessment • Data manipulation (Pandas or similar tools) • Understanding of embeddings and semantic search • Integration with LLM APIs
