📋 Description
• 参天製薬コンプライアンス・プログラムを推進し、コンプライアンス文化の醸成に貢献する • 従業員をビジネス・パートナーとして日常的に支援し、コンプライアンスに関する助言を行う • コンプライアンス・プログラムとグローバル・コンプライアンス・チームの使命について従業員の理解と支援を得る • 担当エリアのMR・SR活動が法令、行政通知・ガイドライン、業界ルール、社内ルールに基づき適切に行われるよう支援する • 各種企画審査を行い、必要な教育および助言を提供する • リスク分析に基づくチームの年間活動計画の作成に参画する • モニタリング、検証、対応策の実施・改善を行う • 販売情報提供活動のモニタリング、指導、研修等を実施する • プロモーション活動における公正競争規約の遵守状況をモニタリングする • 担当エリアの支店長および営業所長と定期的に情報交換し、助言・サポートを提供する
🎯 Requirements
• 医療用医薬品または医療機器業界におけるコンプライアンス関連業務の経験がある方 • 各種関連法規等を自ら習得する意欲があり、上司の監督の下で定型的・基本的な業務を自ら遂行するとともに、必要に応じて適切に相談できる方 • 業務を円滑に進めるためのコミュニケーション力がある方（問題解決意識と柔軟な姿勢を持ちながら、対応できること・できないこと、およびその理由を明確かつ分かりやすく伝えられる方） • ITツール操作能力：Word・PowerPointの基本操作スキルがある方 • 医療用医薬品公正競争規約、医療機器業公正競争規約および医療用医薬品の販売情報提供活動に関するガイドラインに関する知識・理解（なお望ましい） • 透明性ガイドラインの知識・理解（なお望ましい）
