• 全社戦略の策定および実行を主導するポジション • 経営層と緊密に連携し、全社的な経営課題を整理し、実行可能な解決策の提案 • PDCAを通じて進捗・成果を管理し、全社プロジェクトを運営
🎯 Requirements
• 経験: 戦略コンサルティングファーム、または事業会社における経営企画・戦略関連部門で、全社レベルの戦略策定および実行に関与した実務経験(概ね5年以上) • 戦略立案にとどまらず、KPI設計・進捗管理・意思決定支援を通じて、実行および成果創出まで関与した経験 • 医薬品・ライフサイエンス業界に関する業務経験 • 日本語および英語による業務遂行能力
