📋 Description

• Provide a broad range of fully integrated audit services for global clients • Deliver high-quality work covering complex audit sections while overseeing fieldwork and coordinating deliverables from multiple team members • Apply knowledge of systems and audit methodology to educate and redirect team members • Lead engagements and prepare financial statements, related disclosures, and reportable conditions letters • Monitor productivity and budgets and ensure adherence to work-plan schedules • Collaborate with international audit teams across Europe • Travel onsite to Germany and Switzerland for several weeks during the engagement

🎯 Requirements

• Valid EU passport, with ability to travel onsite to Germany and Switzerland for several weeks • Prior external audit experience within the Cannabis industry • ITC / Board 1 Pass (non-negotiable) • Fully qualified CA(SA), CA(Z), ACA, ACCA or CPA • Minimum 5+ years' external audit experience • Minimum 2+ years leading audit teams and managing engagements end-to-end • Strong Group Audit experience • Strong IFRS knowledge • Experience planning audit budgets and resources and managing engagement timelines • Proven track record reviewing workpapers and delivering high-quality audit files • CaseWare proficiency • Availability for the full contract period from November 2026 to April 2027 • Reliable high-speed internet with at least 50 Mbps download and 50 Mbps upload, latency not exceeding 30ms, and stability during power interruptions • Ability to work hours that may overlap with the client's business hours • Proactive communication, excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, learning agility, analytical and critical thinking, leadership, stakeholder management, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced international environment
