📋 Description

• Assess customer requirements through technical consultations, application discussions, presentations, trainings, trials and demonstrations • Configure and validate technical solution concepts through application expertise, process knowledge and product-specific evaluations • Provide technical guidance and application expertise during customer and distributor engagements • Resolve application challenges through root-cause analysis, implementation support and coordination with internal technical experts • Document application findings, technical limitations and customer feedback through structured reporting and knowledge-sharing processes • Deliver technical training and knowledge transfer to customers and channel partners through workshops, demonstrations and application support activities

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences, Engineering or related field • Proven experience in bioprocessing, application support, technical consulting or customer-facing scientific roles within life sciences • Strong expertise in bioprocess manufacturing processes, application development and solution design • Proven experience conducting technical consultations, trials, demonstrations and implementation support activities • Strong capability to collaborate with distributors, commercial teams and technical experts in matrix environments • Ability to translate customer requirements into technically viable solution recommendations • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills • Fluent in English and Arabic as required for regional engagement
