📋 Description

• Develop and execute content across Sarwa’s newsletter, CRM, social, blog, and other marketing channels • Turn complex financial topics, market news, research, and product updates into simple, accessible, and engaging content • Own copy for product launches and campaigns across channels, from concept through execution and follow-up • Develop lifecycle content across onboarding, activation, education, re-engagement, and win-back for different audiences • Help develop social content for LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and Reddit, including ideas, hooks, scripts, captions, carousels, and on-screen copy • Improve existing content using performance data, search intent, audience behaviour, and emerging AI discovery methods • Experiment, learn from performance, and apply insights to future content • Contribute to a strong writing culture by sharing ideas, giving thoughtful feedback, and helping others improve • Use AI thoughtfully for brainstorming, research, and early drafts while relying on personal writing skills for final work • Collaborate with Creative Marketing, Growth Marketing, Product, Advisory, and CX

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Copywriter, Content Writer, Content Marketing Manager, or similar role • A strong body of published work, including newsletters, articles, scripts, social content, essays, or other writing samples • Experience writing across multiple formats and channels • Strong curiosity to understand what makes content work on different platforms and why • Comfortable looking at performance data, forming a hypothesis, testing it, and changing approach based on findings • Strong editorial judgment • Comfortable working in a regulated industry and communicating financial topics accurately without over-claiming or turning content into investment advice • Self-directed and organised, with the ability to manage personal pipeline and priorities • Comfortable working collaboratively with other writers • Excellent English writing skills • Experience in fintech, investing, financial services, or another regulated industry is a plus • Experience with Reddit, Discord, Substack, or other community-driven platforms is a plus • Experience with SEO and GEO, or optimising content for search and AI discovery, is a plus
