📋 Description

• Work on a new project focused on leveraging Rust for high-performance distributed data processing • Create new features and improve the robustness, performance and resilience of the existing Rust codebase • Solve complex business problems by designing and implementing robust code and cutting edge optimisation algorithms • Collaborate with internal project owners and customers to design and develop services that meet their needs • Build and manage scalable cloud software solutions with full IaC in a GCP container environment • Work with machine learning, optimisation and AI technologies • Ship working Rust software regularly and help shape AI-centric products

🎯 Requirements

• Proven commercial experience developing with Rust • Experienced Software Developer • Strong proficiency in low latency data handling and data transformation • Solid understanding of distributed systems, scaling and resilience • Experience building and managing containerised solutions on one of the major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • A self-starter mentality with exceptional problem-solving skills • Familiarity with TDD, BDD, Microservices, Distributed Systems, Event driven systems, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform
