📋 Description

• Design, build, and maintain system integrations across Hickory's technology environment via APIs, webhooks, and integration platforms • Own and extend Workato or equivalent iPaaS automations • Ensure reliable, well-monitored data flow between systems • Develop and maintain Azure-based cloud infrastructure and services • Write and maintain scripts and small applications to extend integration capability • Apply version control and CI/CD practices • Contribute to solution architecture and technical design • Apply AI tools to improve integration development and troubleshooting • Support API management, monitoring/observability, and security/identity configuration • Collaborate with technology and business stakeholders to translate requirements into practical solutions

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years relevant experience • Experience with Azure or another major cloud platform • Hands-on experience with Workato or a comparable integration/iPaaS platform; Workato preferred but not essential • Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and common integration patterns • Programming or scripting proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or C# • Practical experience with version control such as Git and CI/CD pipelines • Working AI literacy and comfort using AI-assisted tools • Experience contributing to solution architecture or technical design • Strong practical problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently with a delivery focus • Good communication skills
