📋 Description

• Develop, enhance, and maintain Salesforce solutions according to platform best practices and development standards • Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce technical solutions • Apply Agile development principles through iterative development cycles • Design and develop reusable, maintainable components, code, and libraries • Follow deployment and release management processes; document and maintain changes through source control • Perform unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and test coverage activities • Troubleshoot technical issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions • Monitor and improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and maintainability • Collaborate with developers, business stakeholders, administrators, architects, and technical teams • Contribute to improvements in Salesforce development standards, tools, and delivery processes • Ensure alignment with Salesforce architecture principles, security standards, and governance requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer working on enterprise Salesforce environments • Strong knowledge of Salesforce development and platform capabilities • Experience developing scalable and reusable Salesforce components and solutions • Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs • Experience with Salesforce deployment, release management, and source control practices • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and development standards • Experience with unit testing, automated testing, code reviews, and quality assurance practices • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional teamwork
