📋 Description

• Implement, monitor, and support security tool platforms used by the organization and clients • Respond to, mitigate, and/or remediate security-related events and incidents • Work with customers by phone or in person to explain security events and support mitigation or remediation • Onboard clients into security platforms and maintain full organizational coverage • Perform vulnerability remediation and assess business impact • Develop competency in security platforms and serve as backup subject matter expert • Provide feedback on position and process enhancements • Perform recurring security platform health checks • Follow internal and client-facing change management procedures • Participate in internal Incident Response tabletop exercises • Review reports and escalate findings for correction • Attend technical and professional training and share learning points • Produce, maintain, and update technical and training documentation • Perform other duties as required by the Chief Information Security Officer • Maintain documentation for areas of expertise and daily tasks • Adhere to documented SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree, business related field preferred, or equivalent experience • At least 3 years with IT Support Experience • CompTIA Security+ preferred • Experience with networking topologies • Firm understanding of intermediate networking concepts • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented • Able to work well under pressure • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and management • Willingness to work Night Shift (US Time) • Willingness to work a shifting schedule with daylight savings adjustments
