📋 Description

• Participate in scheduled on-call rotations, responding to critical alerts and production incidents when required • Investigate and troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures • Collaborate with global engineering and operations teams to improve infrastructure resilience and operational best practices • Design, review, and deploy reliable and scalable cloud-native architectures • Automate infrastructure provisioning and management using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) • Monitor and optimize production systems to ensure availability, performance, and reliability • Manage and continuously improve AWS, Kubernetes, Linux, and Elasticsearch environments • Build and enhance monitoring dashboards, observability, logging, and alerting capabilities to proactively detect and prevent issues

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in SRE, Cloud engineering or Platform engineering roles • Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or equivalent experience • Solid experience with AWS, particularly infrastructure monitoring, troubleshooting, and operations • Hands-on experience investigating, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents • Practical experience with incident management, on-call rotations, escalation processes, and root cause analysis • Strong experience with Kubernetes and container orchestration • Proficiency in Helm for managing deployments • Hands-on experience using AI tools such as Github Copilot to support development, automation and infrastructure operations • Good networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs, VPCs, firewalls, routing, and load balancers • Proven experience with Elasticsearch and the Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana, and Beats), including administration, troubleshooting, and upgrades • Experience building event-driven architectures • Familiarity with SRE practices, including Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and incident postmortems • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills • Passion for automation, learning, and continuous improvement
