📋 Description

• Help customers through live chat, email and phone • Provide clear and thoughtful answers about SAVR’s platform and services • Investigate customer questions and work closely with the full-time CX team to resolve issues • Build product knowledge to guide customers with confidence • Share customer feedback and ideas to improve the customer experience • Work evening shifts, typically 17:00–22:00 on weekdays • Sign up for available shifts around studies

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying economics, finance or a related subject at university • Strong interest in stocks, saving and investing • Fluent in both Swedish and English • Strong sense of service and ability to explain things clearly • Ownership, attention to detail, and willingness to learn • Comfortable working independently from home and asking for support when needed • Able to work evening shifts alongside studies • Previous customer service experience is a plus • Applicants from all backgrounds are welcome
