📋 Description

• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, negotiation, closing, and handover to the account team • Maintain accurate CRM data and ensure clear visibility of the sales funnel • Monitor deal progress, SLAs, and contract execution • Collaborate with the account and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction • Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell within existing accounts • Expand the active client base and build a healthy, predictable sales pipeline • Increase deal volume and overall profitability per client • Contribute to sustainable revenue growth through long-term client retention

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in marketing, SaaS, or digital services • Proven record of managing end-to-end sales processes • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Navigator, or similar) • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills • Strong sense of ownership, organization, and accountability • Fluent English (B2+); Polish, Czech, or Ukrainian is a plus
