📋 Description

• Meet with clients daily and provide personalized coaching and support • Develop study plans tailored to each client’s needs, goals, and timelines • Keep clients encouraged, motivated, and on track with learning objectives • Recognize client needs and adjust coaching strategies when necessary • Provide guidance on Office 365, project management, and broader career development topics • Engage in value-based conversations supporting clients’ career goals and skill development • Share insights, advice, and encouragement • Maintain strong client relationships and consistent communication • Use RingCentral for dialer communications, follow-ups, and client-progress tracking • Update and engage stakeholders regarding client progress and achievements • Use Office 365, Trello, Zoom, RingCentral, and the proprietary learning platform • Help clients use tools required for training and career development • Manage client data and communication through the learning platform • Support clients in achieving career goals and potentially develop into a mentorship role • Complete the application form and record a video showcasing skill sets

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must be based in LATAM, Africa, or Eastern Europe • Availability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM CST during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone • 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles such as account management, coaching, or customer success • Experience managing client relationships and recognizing client needs • Experience with Office 365, project management skills, and general career development concepts • Familiarity with proprietary learning platforms is a plus • Proficiency with Office 365, Trello, Zoom, RingCentral, and other collaboration platforms • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Strong ability to engage and motivate clients • Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills • Ability to manage multiple clients and schedules • Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams • Willingness to grow into a mentorship role over time • English resume required in PDF format • English proficiency required for professional communication
