📋 Description

• Edit short-form video advertisements for paid social and digital advertising campaigns • Transform raw footage, existing assets, and creative direction into polished advertisements • Incorporate pacing, text overlays, captions, graphics, transitions, and other short-form advertising elements • Adapt creative assets into formats and variations for campaign testing • Create video assets optimized for social media performance • Collaborate with the marketing team on creative concepts and iterations • Design static advertisements and supporting campaign graphics • Maintain consistency with client branding and creative direction • Create and update graphics for landing pages and marketing materials • Maintain visual consistency across advertising and landing page experiences • Manage creative requests across multiple client accounts while meeting deadlines • Incorporate feedback and produce new creative variations • Organize project files and creative assets • Support client acquisition campaigns for a marketing company serving home services businesses

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of professional experience in video editing, creative design, or a similar role • Demonstrated experience producing short-form advertising or paid social creative • Experience creating both video and static digital marketing assets • Experience producing creative for social media and digital advertising environments • Experience using CapCut • Strong proficiency with professional video editing tools • Strong video editing capabilities for short-form advertising content • Strong graphic design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, and branding • Understanding of social media platforms and creative conventions that drive engagement and performance • Understanding of hooks, pacing, messaging, and visual presentation for paid advertising • Ability to create static advertising creative, landing page graphics, and supporting digital assets • Ability to adapt creative into multiple formats and variations for testing • Strong portfolio demonstrating both video editing and graphic design capabilities • Must be available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM PST • Resume must be submitted in English and PDF format
