📋 Description

• Build and maintain an organized social media content system and workflow • Create engaging social content, including carousels, graphics, and platform-specific assets • Repurpose existing digital assets across social media channels • Manage content planning, production, scheduling, and publishing • Stay current with AI technologies and tools for social media and content creation • Test AI tools and workflows to improve content production and management • Explore AI and MCP-based workflows to improve efficiency • Identify opportunities to automate repetitive social media processes • Track and report on social media activity, content performance, and campaign results • Use UTM tracking to measure traffic and campaign performance • Test content formats, tools, and strategies, documenting the results • Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data • Build a modern, technology-enabled social media operation from the ground up

🎯 Requirements

• Experience managing social media and digital content • Experience creating carousels, graphics, and social-first visual content • Experience organizing content workflows and managing digital assets • Familiarity with social media analytics and UTM campaign tracking • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and social media management • Strong graphic design and content creation skills • Strong organizational and project management skills • Ability to create engaging, platform-specific social media content • Ability to learn and implement new technologies quickly • Openness to using AI, automation, and MCPs in daily workflows • Ability to test new tools and evaluate their measurable value • Strong creativity, adaptability, and attention to detail • Analytical mindset with a focus on performance measurement • Proactive approach to experimentation and process improvement • Must submit an English PDF resume • Must be available to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • Must submit a video showcasing skill sets
