📋 Description

• Map unfamiliar client technology stacks, including CRM, ERP, finance tools, spreadsheets, and undocumented automations • Run technical deep dives during paid Leadership Intensives • Conduct screen-share walkthroughs, probe data structures, and map integration surfaces • Design interview guides, screen-share protocols, and process inventories • Synthesize findings from client interviews • Safely handle regulated or sensitive data using de-identified exports or synthetic datasets when appropriate • Prepare executive use cases and technical scaffolding for live build sessions • Debug live technical issues during executive build sessions • Calibrate demos honestly and explain gaps between prototypes and production solutions • Author 90-day technical roadmaps covering outcomes, effort sizing, sequencing, data prerequisites, and team composition • Consult delivery engineers on feasibility and pass internal feasibility-and-margin review • Create roadmaps that balance foundation-layer and client-specific work • Build rapid proofs of concept using client data and AI tooling • Maintain the opportunity library of reusable patterns • Maintain schemas and knowledge for the AI diagnosis system • Support engineering hiring by observing and co-scoring technical assessments • Participate in feasibility reviews and improve roadmap turnaround

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years as a solutions engineer, sales engineer, technical consultant, or full-stack engineer in client-facing roles • Regular experience with non-technical clients through discovery, demos, or workshops • Hands-on experience shipping real solutions with LLM APIs, agent frameworks, retrieval pipelines, and workflow automation • Public GitHub repositories or live products strongly preferred • Ability to map unfamiliar CRM, ERP, finance, spreadsheet, API, and data environments • Track record of accurate project scoping and estimation • Experience refusing or reducing technically infeasible, risky, or commercially unviable scope • Ability to write clear roadmaps for non-technical executives • Full professional fluency in spoken and written English • Spanish or Portuguese for internal collaboration is a strong plus • Data engineering fluency is a strong plus • Experience with executive-facing security and compliance is a strong plus • Teaching or mentoring experience is a strong plus
