📋 Description

• Design, build, and deploy AI agents that automate real business processes, such as generating proposals for client tenders • Integrate LLMs, including OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic, and open-source models, into existing software products • Enable AI features such as chatbots that act directly within clients' systems and data • Identify automation opportunities and turn them into working solutions • Select appropriate LLM and tooling approaches by evaluating cost, performance, and reliability • Own delivery end-to-end, from prototype to production

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of overall software engineering experience • At least 5 successfully delivered AI/LLM projects • Hands-on experience with multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Gemini, Anthropic) as well as open-source models • Experience building agentic workflows for process automation • Experience integrating LLMs into production software products (chatbots, copilots, or similar AI-powered features) • Strong engineering fundamentals • Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, sometimes ambiguous environment • Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similar) — bonus • Experience with prompt engineering or fine-tuning at scale — bonus • Prior consulting or contracting experience — bonus • Experience with SaaS products, especially in supply chain, logistics, or other B2B software domains — bonus
