📋 Description

• Spend time with customers through calls and site visits to understand their workflows and problems • Shape product scope, plans and priorities based on customer needs • Design and build backend services in Go and Python • Transform tenders, catalogs and purchase orders into reliable customer data • Ship features quickly, observe customer usage and iterate • Own production issues and fix customer-facing problems • Use AI extensively in development and design systems usable by AI agents and people • Own product areas and decide their future direction • Identify and ship solutions to previously unrequested customer problems • Simplify parts of the platform over time • Collaborate directly with company leadership and Customer Success

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must live in the EU or EEA; applications from other locations will not be considered • Experience taking something from zero to one, such as a company, product line, or side project with paying users • Experience building and running backend systems in production that others depend on • Strong in Go or Python and willing to work in both • Solid data modeling, API design and messy real-world data skills • Comfortable with ambiguity and rapidly changing requirements • Willing to take broad responsibility beyond the job title • Enjoys direct customer contact and customer calls • Writes clearly in English • German is a plus, not a requirement • Familiarity with the full stack is not required on day one
