📋 Description

• Review site plans, specs, and photos to scope landscaping and maintenance work accurately • Build cost estimates covering materials, plants, labor, equipment, and timeline • Turn quote requests into delivered proposals quickly, with most requested proposals sent within 72 hours • Track every estimate from request to delivery to follow-up in the CRM • Bring landscape/design judgment to proposals, including plant selection and layout logic • Flag scopes that do not make sense or are missing client-relevant details • Proactively estimate strong-fit properties for the cold quote system • Work closely with onsite sales, estimators, and field leadership • Support site visits with property research, past scope, photos, and notes • Ensure nothing remains unowned between quote request and proposal delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, horticulture, or landscape architecture • Comfortable reading site plans, specs, and property details, and translating them into scope and cost • Strong written and spoken English at a professional business level • Comfortable working core U.S. business hours • Comfortable with a performance/quota component, even without a sales background • Architecture, landscape architecture, or design education/experience is a strong plus • Experience with commercial (not just residential) landscaping or maintenance contracts is a strong plus • Experience with estimating software, CRM systems, or design tools (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) is a strong plus
