📋 Description

• Lead the introduction of new products from the quotation phase through production launch and PPAP approval • Develop and manage the industrialization plan while meeting deadlines and cost targets • Track APQP milestones • Monitor the development-phase budget • Monitor workshop performance through full validation of serial production conditions • Challenge design assumptions • Verify the robustness of the Quality Management Plan • Support the implementation and qualification of the Supply Chain • Define the production equipment required for the serial production phase • Manage the industrialization of changes to BTS equipment • Lead risk analyses related to changes to BTS equipment • Plan and track industrialization milestones with suppliers • Define and review industrialization requirements, particularly DVI PPAP requirements • Approve the deliverables for each milestone • Manage documentation, approval workflows, closure of SAP DVI notifications, and file archiving • Produce progress, risk, schedule, and missing-input data reports • Lead industrialization and project review committees • Verify the integrity of industrialization mandates and requests • Facilitate project routines and prepare internal reports as well as reports for the end customer

🎯 Requirements

• Degree from an engineering school or a university master’s degree • Successful NPI experience in an industrial sector (aerospace, automotive, rail, etc.) • Good knowledge of quality standards, requirements, and tools • Previous experience in an international environment required • Advanced English proficiency required • Strong communicator, leader, and proactive professional • Enjoys taking on challenges • Willingness to travel in France and internationally to supplier sites
