📋 Description

• Project financial structuring and allocation of budgets in hours and costs for labor, material and works procurement, and miscellaneous expenses • Planning and updating workload, procurement, and miscellaneous expenses • Contributing to the preparation and monitoring of project purchase requisitions and receipts • Analyzing actual expenditures and physical progress, and determining remaining work • Ensuring consistency in reforecasts prepared by work-package managers and integrating them into the Information System • Analyzing variances against the budget and monitoring corrective actions • Preparing and monitoring the reporting of financial information • Consolidating financial data consistently with the project schedule, risks, and opportunities • Monitoring customer and supplier invoicing • Preparing and presenting project financial reports with the Project Manager to the Product Line Manager • Updating and analyzing workload reporting by discipline

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Project Cost Control is essential • Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) in Management Control or a related field • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an industrial environment • Confident and curious personality • Strong learning ability and commitment
