📋 Description

• Support projects in implementing quality processes and software standards • Monitor projects using a variety of development lifecycles (Agile, SCRUM, DevOps, V-Model, incremental, etc.) • Prepare for, participate in, and ensure the smooth execution of the entire software product lifecycle (milestones, reviews) • Ensure compliance with the quality requirements applicable to projects • Perform code analyses and prepare expert reports • Capture best practices and make them available to the quality community • Manage non-conformities and monitor corrective action plans • Prepare and conduct quality audits • Work as part of a team at a major aerospace-sector client in Toulouse

🎯 Requirements

• 3 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer • Degree in computer science with an interest in quality-related roles, or a degree in quality management with an interest in software development • Experience in a software development environment • Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, Python, C/C++, etc.) • Proven experience in the aerospace sector • Ability to identify risk areas in a software development project • Open to new methods and tools: software factories, code inspection tools, open source and licensing, collaborative tools, and Agile methodologies • Ability to work as part of a team while managing assigned responsibilities independently • Attention to detail, empathy, and the ability to adapt communication to different stakeholders
