📋 Description

• Complete company onboarding covering processes and systems • Complete the Starter Training Course • Convert high-level user stories into smaller tasks aligned with platform capabilities • Schedule and facilitate daily standups, sprint planning, and demos • Maintain a friendly team environment and engage the Events Team for team events • Notify senior project or delivery managers of blockers, concerns, and issues • Maintain project roadmaps and timelines and escalate scope-creep risks • Provide feedback on team competence, communication, and delivery • Assess project scope against available resources and request staffing changes • Communicate with customers and third-party teams to resolve questions • Collaborate with internal competency centers and apply best practices • Participate in certification processes and deepen technical knowledge • Integrate internal and external AI tools and copilots to improve project-management speed and quality • Develop expertise in technology, communication, business context, and eCommerce delivery • Progress toward managing multiple projects, teams, customer relationships, and delivery strategy

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to complete a technical entry-level test consisting of a project challenge • Common sense and understanding of cause-effect relationships • Attention to detail • Ability to give clear instructions in written and visual form • Ability to learn during the test • Successful completion of the Entry Level test and Practical Trial day task • Ability to deliver results starting from the test task • Enthusiasm and openness to new knowledge and processes • Ability to act on feedback to improve and pass the test • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies and terminology • Ability to speak up and proactively ask questions and seek clarification • Ability to integrate performance optimization tools • Completion of suggested internal courses and externally arranged certifications • Knowledge of libraries, frameworks, and platforms including React, JavaScript, Alpine, PHP, NodeJS, MySQL, ScandiPWA, Adobe Commerce, Magento, Pimcore, Sanity, and Shopify Plus
