📋 Description
• You view SEO and performance marketing as a unified approach to sustainable growth. • As an SEO & Performance Project Manager, you develop integrated strategies. • You conduct onboarding calls with new clients and define clear objectives. • You analyze clients' services, target audiences, and locations. • You develop keyword structures, topic clusters, and SEO frameworks. • You perform comprehensive keyword research (German & English). • You optimize landing pages for both paid traffic and organic rankings. • You monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and other KPIs. • You work closely with our SEO team, content team, and company management.
🎯 Requirements
• German language skills at B1 level or higher (required). • 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results. • Experience in keyword research, clustering, search intent, and content optimization. • Experience in client communication and conducting onboarding calls. • Proficient with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics, Google Search Console). • Ability to plan website structures, keyword maps, and landing pages. • Analytical thinking and a data-driven working style. • Excellent organizational skills; able to multitask. • Fluent English. • Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT. • Willingness to work during European business hours.
