📋 Description

• Inform patients of their financial options • Respond to patient and client queries • Enroll patients in philanthropic aid and financial assistance programs • Manage post-enrollment work, including submitting claims and ordering medications • Review patient enrollments for accuracy and completeness • Escalate and appeal patient assistance denials • Order, receive, and log medication orders • Coordinate timely medication deliveries to designated pharmacies • Provide exceptional customer service to patients and clients • Give patients information needed to make informed financial decisions about healthcare • Identify opportunities to improve Atlas products and services

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a high-performance, high accountability environment • Hands-on experience working in healthcare is a must • High-school diploma or equivalent • Strong listening and communication skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English • Proficient computer skills • Attention to detail • Ability to offer emotional support and empathy • Passion for the well-being of patients • Pass standard background check and drug screen • Complete medical clearance per health system requirements, including vaccination mandates • Remote positions require a distraction-free, HIPAA-compliant office environment where Atlas is professionally represented • Internet access must be provided by a cable or fiber provider; DSL, satellite, and wireless broadband are not permitted • Minimum upload speed of 2 Mbps • Minimum download speed of 5 Mbps • Maintain an uninterrupted internet connection; service upgrades or provider changes may be required • Modem/router must support gigabit-speed wired Ethernet connections • At least two Ethernet connections to the internet source are required for the PC and phone • Working wirelessly is prohibited
