📋 Description

• Receive and register claims notifications • Manage claims independently from opening through closure, including recovery and subrogation claims • Analyze the supporting documentation provided in the file and the applicable policy coverage • Determine liability • Review and process compensation claims and ensure follow-up within the required timeframes • Liaise with brokers and industry professionals to ensure the file is complete • Process settlements for insured parties

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum two-year post-secondary qualification in insurance or law • At least three years of professional experience as a Claims Handler • Experience particularly in liability and property claims • Knowledge of the IRSI and CIDECOP agreements and applicable general law principles • Good knowledge of insurance products • Proficiency with IT tools • Strong written communication skills • Knowledge of legal expenses insurance is a plus • English proficiency is an advantage
