📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers through solution reviews, implementation guidance, and technical mentorship. • Build relationships with customer champions and end users. • Identify high-value use-case opportunities connected to critical business workflows and objectives. • Collaborate with customers and account teams to develop and execute strategic adoption plans. • Advise customers on implementing and operationalizing use cases to deliver return on investment. • Maintain expertise in implementing and troubleshooting platform solutions. • Identify product capability gaps and provide feedback to influence the product roadmap. • Work with the product team to implement and test new functionalities. • Build customer trust through industry-specific knowledge and awareness of market and use-case trends. • Collaborate with industry principals, product marketing, and solution consulting teams to influence industry strategy.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in a technical field such as chemical, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering; degrees in operations research, data analytics, or applied math will be considered. • Minimum of 2 years of experience in process engineering, reliability engineering, technical pre-sales engineering, or related industry fields. • Experience in one or more industrial process manufacturing verticals. • Working understanding of broad market drivers and business priorities. • Understanding of challenges involving dense time-series process data and analytics tools such as Excel, MATLAB, Python, or BI tools. • Ability to build trust and rapport with customers, prospective customers, partners, and multidisciplinary teams. • Effective and influential technical communication skills. • Ability to communicate with subject matter experts and managers. • Ability to consult on technical solutions using current software capabilities and broader technology landscape. • Ability to independently prioritize work based on account strategy, customer needs, and company objectives. • Programming experience in Python and/or other languages is a plus. • Prior Seeq experience is a plus. • Broad knowledge of the SaaS industrial analytics ecosystem is a plus, including Azure, AWS, Databricks, AVEVA, Aspen Tech, IOTA, Cognite, C3.ai, and Palantir.
