📋 Description

• Work closely with our infrastructure team, recommending new technologies or improvements to the current platform • Focus on the performance and stability of the entire production solution • Participate in creating new environments for new solutions • Analyze the current platform and recommend new approaches that improve performance, stability, or cost efficiency • Continuously identify potential cost reductions for Segware’s solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning • Experience developing reusable modules and applying versioning best practices • Advanced Kubernetes management (EKS, OVH) • Proficiency with Helm Charts, Kustomize, Kubernetes Federation, or Karmada • Experience with policy enforcement (OPA/Gatekeeper) • Proficiency with AWS and OVH • Hands-on experience with EC2, RDS, EKS, S3, VPC, IAM, and cost management • Experience with Auto Scaling Groups (ASGs), Spot Instances, and Load Balancers • Configuration and management of Prometheus, Grafana, Alertmanager, and Loki • Experience with distributed tracing (Jaeger or OpenTelemetry) • Ability to create effective alerts for SLOs and SLAs • Experience with Bitbucket Pipelines and Jenkins • Experience configuring deployments for EKS, Swarm, and VMs • Knowledge of progressive delivery (Canary, Blue-Green, Feature Flags) • Proficiency with Ansible, Chef, or Puppet • Experience with secrets management (AWS Secrets Manager, HashiCorp Vault) • Experience with VPCs, VPNs, Security Groups, Firewalls, and WAFs • Kubernetes hardening, RBAC configuration, and access control (IAM) • Knowledge of mTLS, OIDC, OAuth2, JWT, or SSO • Experience with RDS (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Aurora) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB and Redis) • Backup, replication, and failover management • Performance troubleshooting, including analysis of slow queries, locks, and deadlocks • Proficiency in Bash, Python, Go, or Ruby • Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON/YAML for automation • 6–8 years of experience working in SRE/DevOps • Experience working with complex, highly available environments and large workloads • Track record of participating in infrastructure migrations and cost and performance optimization • Experience leading automation, architecture, or production systems improvement projects • Technical English reading proficiency • Experience with Linux • Experience with relational and non-relational databases (MySQL and MongoDB) • Experience with Docker • CI/CD, Jenkins, and Git • AWS • Apache Kafka • Docker Swarm and/or Kubernetes • Redis • Experience with distributed and multithreaded applications • Experience analyzing performance and optimizing algorithms and SQL • Experience with application auto-scaling (a plus) • Solid experience with Java 8 or later (a plus) • Experience with the Spring Framework/Spring Boot (a plus) • Experience with Hibernate (a plus)
