📋 Description

• Work on user experience and Human Resources process digitalization projects • Design, develop, adapt, and maintain SAP Fiori applications (SAPUI5/Fiori elements) • Configure the Fiori Launchpad, including catalogs, groups/spaces, and profiles • Orchestrate OData services through SAP Gateway and, where applicable, SAP BTP • Support integrations with legacy systems and external solutions • Collaborate with functional and technical teams • Humanize the world through technology by delivering consulting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP Fiori for HCM, including SAPUI5, Fiori elements, OData, and SAP Gateway • Hands-on experience with HR processes in SAP HCM (PY, PT, and related areas) • Knowledge of core SAP HCM objects and tables to design appropriate UIs and services • Knowledge of Fiori Launchpad configuration • Ability to diagnose and optimize front-end and back-end OData performance • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with functional and technical teams • Experience with SAP BTP (CAP, SAP Build Apps/Process Automation, Destinations) — a plus • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and/or hybrid HCM scenarios — a plus • Knowledge of UX best practices (Design Thinking, prototyping, and user testing) — a plus • Familiarity with ABAP for technical discussions and OData service adjustments • Previous experience with HCM projects in Brazil (PY/payroll localization, eSocial) — a plus
