📋 Description

• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for payroll processes • Configure and maintain SAP ECP, including wage types, schemas, calculation rules, and other payroll parameters • Analyze the integration between Employee Central and ECP, identifying and resolving data replication inconsistencies • Investigate incidents and calculation discrepancies, perform root cause analysis, and propose solutions • Assess the impact of legal changes, business rules, and system updates • Prepare functional specifications and support the ABAP team in developing enhancements and integrations • Plan and execute functional, integration, regression, and payroll results comparison tests • Support payroll processing, payroll closing and posting cycles, as well as go-live and stabilization activities • Produce functional documentation and provide guidance to users and team members

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with SAP Payroll, including hands-on experience with SAP Employee Central Payroll • Participation in ECP implementation or support projects, with the autonomy to manage complex demands • In-depth knowledge of wage types, calculation schemas, Personnel Calculation Rules (PCRs), retroactivity, and payroll log analysis • Knowledge of personnel master data and its impact on payroll processing • Experience integrating SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central with ECP, including replication, monitoring, and error handling • Ability to translate business needs into functional solutions and development specifications • Experience designing and executing test scenarios and validating results • Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work directly with users, technical teams, and other project stakeholders • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • SAP certification in Employee Central Payroll and/or Employee Central is a plus • Experience with Brazilian payroll, including vacation, termination, 13th-month salary, statutory charges, and legal obligations such as eSocial is a plus • Knowledge of Payroll Control Center (PCC) is a plus • Experience with SAP Integration Suite / Cloud Integration and interfaces with benefits, timekeeping, finance, and banking systems is a plus • Knowledge of ABAP for code reading, debugging, and supporting problem analysis is a plus • Experience migrating from SAP HCM Payroll to ECP is a plus
