📋 Description

• Work on implementation and/or rollout projects for the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB) module, from blueprint through go-live/hypercare • Lead requirements-gathering workshops (AS-IS/TO-BE) with HR and IT • Develop solution designs and functional documentation • Configure and parameterize programs, tasks, forms, digital documents, workflows, emails, notifications, eligibility rules, and routing • Support integrations with hiring and onboarding processes in Employee Central (EC) and Recruiting (RCM) • Design and execute SIT/UAT, prepare test scenarios, support key users, document evidence, and resolve defects • Support cutover and go-live activities • Troubleshoot processes, rules, and integration impacts related to Onboarding • Create and maintain test scripts, quick reference guides, training materials, and adoption support materials • Guide and train key users, managers, and new hires • Collaborate with business, IT, and vendor teams to align dependencies, risks, and decisions • Ensure alignment with the client's HR policies and processes and SAP best practices

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding (ONB), including significant involvement in implementation and/or rollout projects • Strong knowledge of Onboarding configuration, including programs, tasks, forms, workflows, and eligibility rules • Experience gathering requirements and designing onboarding and employee integration processes • Experience with testing (SIT/UAT), key-user support, and defect resolution • Functional familiarity with SuccessFactors integrations, such as Integration Center, APIs, and connectors, with the ability to support failure analysis • Ability to prepare functional and technical documentation, including solution designs, mappings, test scripts, and evidence • Strong verbal and written communication, organization, and teamwork skills • SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding certification is a plus • Knowledge of other modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, and Offboarding, is a plus • Intermediate to advanced English is a plus • Experience participating in Onboarding × EC and Onboarding × Recruiting integration projects is a plus • Experience with digital documents and electronic signatures integrated into the onboarding process is a plus • Ability to lead workshops and deliver functional and user training is a plus
