📋 Description

• Ensure project delivery by coordinating integration between stakeholders and the development team; define metrics, propose improvements, and remove impediments to guarantee high-quality, valuable delivery for the client. • Support people development and skills growth, helping build a high-performance team genuinely engaged with the client's business. • Act as the primary client contact, understanding their needs and aligning requests with business objectives. • Plan, prioritize, and monitor the team's initiatives, ensuring predictability, quality, risk management, and deadline adherence. • Define, together with the technical team, deliverables, acceptance criteria, and execution strategies, tracking progress until completion. • Conduct follow-up meetings, status reports, and executive alignments with clients and stakeholders. • Identify opportunities to improve, expand services, and generate value for the client. • Promote agile practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and results focus. • Define, monitor, and analyze productivity, quality, and workflow metrics, using data to support decisions. • Ensure management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar) are kept up to date and project information is transparent. • Lead process optimization, automation, and innovation initiatives, encouraging the use of Artificial Intelligence to increase team productivity. • Continuously develop team members through feedback, Individual Development Plans (IDPs), performance tracking, mentoring, and development plans. • Encourage autonomy, ownership, and collaboration to form high-performing teams. • Manage capacity, vacations, time bank, overtime, and resource allocation. • Mediate conflicts, promote psychological safety, and maintain a healthy, collaborative environment. • Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal areas, promoting clear communication, expectation alignment, and positive influence. • Support hiring, onboarding, integration, and engagement processes for new employees. • Encourage team participation in internal events, technical communities, and development initiatives.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and developing people within technology teams. • Experience as a Team Leader, Scrum Master, Agile Master, Technical Lead, or Project Manager in agile environments. • Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP, and agile metrics). • Technical background in software development, architecture, infrastructure, data, or related IT areas. • Experience in project management, demand prioritization, capacity planning, risk management, and KPIs. • Experience in client relationships, negotiation, and stakeholder management. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct presentations and executive meetings. • Experience with management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar. • Knowledge of performance management processes, continuous feedback, and building IDPs. • Analytical capability for data-driven decision-making. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in dynamic environments.
