📋 Description

• Provide continuous, round-the-clock security operations support internally and for customers • Work with the team to cover a 7-day shift pattern • Respond to and investigate security alerts on the SenseOn Platform • Analyse logs and traffic patterns • Own case and incident management, including first-line support • Generate high-quality customer-facing security reports • Conduct threat hunting across customer and company environments • Assist in creating threat detection analytics • Act as an escalation point and support all customers • Provide platform training and walkthroughs for customers

🎯 Requirements

• Currently based in Argentina with a right to work • Buenos Aires location preferred • Ability to work a 7-day shift pattern • Mixture of morning/day and day/evening shifts; no night shifts • Good English language skills, written and verbal • Applications and CVs submitted in English • Either 1–2 years of experience within cyber security, or a degree in a relevant cyber security field, or previous networking experience with some exposure to cyber security • Great analytical skills in a data-rich environment • Attention to detail • Ability to collaborate and prioritise in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Ability to drive work to completion • Team player with a strong sense of purpose and high integrity • Self-starter able to work autonomously and as part of a team • Tenacity, curiosity, passion, humility, and empathy • Ability to adapt to and embrace change
