📋 Description

• Design, develop, and enhance offensive security tools and workflows, including architecture, scope, guardrails, and stop conditions • Deploy, stabilise, and maintain tools using a Dev/DevOps mindset • Build and manage pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous reliability improvements • Schedule, launch, and monitor workflows on a daily basis • Diagnose agent drift, triage false positives, and restore systems after incidents • Prototype quickly, measure tangible value, and decide what to industrialise or discontinue • Work with Product Owners, DTOs, developers, and CISOs to qualify vulnerabilities, support remediation, and improve security practices • Document design decisions, including guardrails considered and rejected and the reasons • Propose and design new capabilities to strengthen the Group’s security posture • Operate and improve the AI-powered internal EASM platform, agentic SAST, and vulnerability lifecycle management platform

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a Hunter, Bug Bounty Hunter, or security researcher • Experience exploring attack surfaces, identifying non-obvious exploitation paths, and distinguishing exploitable vulnerabilities from scanner noise • Strong bug bounty track record or freelance security experience highly valued • Hands-on experience applying AI to security, including agents, automation, tool development, and advanced use of AI models • Ability to define what needs to be built, guide coding agents, review their output, and assess robustness • Experience orchestrating agentic workflows, including chaining and monitoring agents, diagnosing workflow drift, and correcting it • Experience with production deployment and product stabilisation, including pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement • High autonomy and ability to turn loosely defined objectives into operational solutions • Ability to communicate effectively with Product Owners, DTOs, developers, and CISOs • Technical curiosity, unconventional problem-solving, and persistence consistent with a Red Team mindset
