📋 Description

• Produce, stabilize, and maintain vulnerability detection tools and processes • Liaise with Product Owners, DTOs, developers, and CISOs to share findings, support remediation, and advance security practices • Operate, improve the reliability of, and evolve the AI-driven internal EASM platform • Operate, improve the reliability of, and evolve the agentic SAST solution • Operate, improve the reliability of, and evolve the vulnerability lifecycle management platform • Design, develop, and enhance offensive security tools and workflows • Deploy, stabilize, and maintain solutions within a Dev/DevOps framework • Operate workflows on a daily basis: scheduling, launching, monitoring, diagnosing agent drift, triaging false positives, and restoring operations after incidents • Rapidly prototype, measure actual impact, and decide what should be industrialized or discontinued • Triage vulnerabilities, make findings actionable, and track remediation • Document design decisions and propose the next opportunities for improving security

🎯 Requirements

• Background as a security hunter, bug bounty hunter, or security researcher • Ability to explore an attack surface and identify non-obvious exploitation paths • Ability to distinguish genuinely exploitable vulnerabilities from scanner-generated noise • Bug bounty experience or freelance security experience strongly preferred • Hands-on experience applying AI to security: agents, automation, tool development, and advanced use of AI models • Ability to specify what needs to be built, direct a coding agent, review its output, and assess its quality • Proficiency in orchestrating agentic workflows • Comfortable with pipelines, CI/CD, monitoring, and continuous improvement • Concrete achievements valued over a list of tools • Highly autonomous, with the ability to turn an idea into an operational solution • Ability to communicate effectively with Product Owners, DTOs, developers, and CISOs
