📋 Description

• Lead mobile modernization by migrating legacy native iOS and Android applications to React Native • Architect and implement offline-first capabilities using SQLite • Preserve local on-device data and synchronize it seamlessly with backend systems • Bridge React Native with native iOS and Android device capabilities when standard modules are insufficient • Manage the full app lifecycle, including migrations, version upgrades, and App Store/Play Store deployments • Optimize mobile performance across device platforms and operating systems • Ensure data integrity and local data preservation during migrations and upgrades • Collaborate within an international network of engineering expertise on complex digital transformation projects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cross-platform mobile development utilizing React Native • Deep expertise with SQLite and on-device data management • Experience building offline-first applications and handling complex data synchronization • Strong foundation in native iOS development using Swift/Objective-C and/or Android development using Kotlin/Java • Proven track record managing complex app migrations • Experience ensuring local data preservation during upgrades • Successful Apple App Store and Google Play Store deployments • Experience diagnosing and resolving mobile performance bottlenecks • Resilience, emotional intelligence, and focus on agile delivery • Deep understanding of the difference between coding and engineering • Familiarity with cloud-native foundations or AI coding assistants is desired • Advanced oral English • Advanced Spanish
