📋 Description
• Handle high-volume caseloads • Conduct case analysis • Draft legal documents, including statements of defense, motions for clarification, small-claims appeals, and appeals • Manage hearing and filing schedules
🎯 Requirements
• Law degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) • Previous experience drafting legal documents, preferably in high-volume litigation areas • Strong written and verbal communication skills
