📋 Description

• Partner with product, design, and engineering leaders to define product experiences • Integrate AI, ML, LLM frameworks, and AI agents into identity and access security workflows • Explore emerging identity and access management technologies and patterns • Participate in architecture, design, quality, performance, maintainability, and code reviews • Integrate automated testing into development workflows • Design and build performant React-based user interfaces for investigating access risk and taking remediation actions • Improve engineering practices, testing, reliability, and production readiness • Own end-to-end feature delivery from product discovery and architecture through implementation, release, operational oversight, and ongoing stability • Build secure, scalable backend services and reliable APIs • Translate complex access intelligence into intuitive workflows and responsive interfaces

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full stack software development experience • Hands-on experience building complex enterprise production software across frontend and backend • Practical experience integrating AI, ML, or LLM capabilities into production workflows • Strong proficiency in Go, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Proficiency in Python or Java • Modern frontend engineering practices, including component design, state management, accessibility, observability, and frontend performance optimization • Experience designing and implementing RESTful, GraphQL, and gRPC APIs • Proficiency in data modeling, SQL, relational databases such as PostgreSQL, and graph technologies • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization • Proven track record delivering complete end-to-end solutions from conception to launch • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Preferred: experience with IAM, IGA, and PAM solutions • Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP • Preferred: experience with Docker and Kubernetes • Preferred: familiarity with LLM frameworks and provider libraries such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google • Preferred: familiarity with automated testing frameworks and CI/CD pipelines
