📋 Description

• Execute monthly journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, cash reconciliations, and variance analysis compliant with US GAAP • Support quarterly and annual financial reviews and audits • Maintain audit-ready documentation • Execute internal control testing in compliance with SOX 404 requirements • Maintain organized documentation and supporting schedules for quarterly and annual financial reviews and audits • Support month-end close schedules for a US-headquartered, NASDAQ-listed public company

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent • 2 to 4 years of progressive accounting experience • Exposure to US GAAP is required • Solid foundation in US GAAP and basic exposure to SOX compliance/internal controls framework • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Professional English fluency (written and spoken) required • Ability to work aligned with US Central time zones • Demonstrated experience working with Claude or equivalent large language model tools required • Comfortable leveraging AI to enhance productivity, research, and communication • Exposure to public company operations or US-headquartered subsidiaries is a plus • Strong analytical, operational, organizational, technical, management, and problem-solving skills • Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment • Ability to work well in a team environment • Excellent communication skills • Comfortable working with ambiguity
